Taking ownership

Ellie continues to amaze us every day as she grows and matures. She's looking more and more like a little girl and less like a baby. As we were getting ready to leave one morning, she picked up her lunch box and carried it to the door all by herself! Here she is carrying it into daycare:

We showed Ellie the video of herself laughing in the tub and she thought it was hilarious.

Learning manners

We've been trying to teach Ellie to say "please" and "thank you." So far she sort of says "please" but you really need to listen for it.
