Poor polka dot Ellie!

Ellie was on some medication for her sinus infection and cough the last 9 days. This morning we woke to find her covered in spots! Looks like she had an allergic reaction to one of the ingredients in the medicine. The doctor said to discontinue (duh!) and gave us a prescription for a different medication because her cough has not gotten any better. We hope this new medicine will help her feel better and won't cause her to break out into hives.

It doesn't seem to bother her, but it sure does look scary and uncomfortable. Just thinking about it is making me itch!
